Cheri M. Blethen is a paralegal in the business group. She has more than 25 years of experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate, transactional, estate planning, probate and real estate. Cheri assists with entity formation, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies; business transactions; corporate maintenance; estate planning; asset transfers; probate, conservatorships and guardianships; trust administration; and real estate transactions.

Ms. Blethen is a member of the Sacramento Valley Paralegal Association, California Alliance of Paralegal Associations and National Federation of Paralegal Associations, and has been active with the Girl Scouts of America and Rocklin Youth Soccer.
