Kevin C. Davis is an associate in the firm's litigation group. His practice focuses on litigation in a variety of industries including real estate, health care, banking, insurance, manufacturing, retail and construction. He has experience handling disputes within and among business entities including partnerships, joint ventures, limited liability companies and corporations. He has handled real property disputes involving easements, nuisances, trespasses, rescissions, title insurance and broker liability. Mr. Davis also has experience enforcing creditors' rights including the enforcement of contracts, notes, liens, and judgments. Mr. Davis has successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts. His practice includes representation of clients through pre-litigation counseling, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, trial and on appeal. While studying law, Mr. Davis served as a staff editor for the U.C. Davis Business Law Journal. He assisted the Governor as a legal intern in the Governor’s Office of Legal Affairs. He also served as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of California and as a clinical intern in the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office.
