Mark Gorton, a shareholder in the firm, is a member of the firm's insolvency and creditor's rights and lender support groups. Mr. Gorton has been representing all types of parties in debtor-creditor and insolvency related matters for nearly 30 years and has served as president of the Sacramento County Bar Association Bankruptcy Section. Mr. Gorton also has substantial experience in real estate and lending matters. Mr. Gorton is AV-rated and volunteers as a mediator in the Bankruptcy Dispute Resolution Program for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California.
