Kelley M. Lincoln, a shareholder in the firm, is a member of the firm's litigation practice group. Ms. Lincoln's practice emphasizes real estate and business litigation, with a specialty in escrow and title insurance law. Ms. Lincoln routinely represents title insurance companies and their insureds, including individuals and institutional lenders, in a wide variety of disputes. She has experience representing and counseling clients regarding contract interpretation and contract disputes, business torts, real estate fraud, foreclosures, lien priority disputes, easement and boundary disputes, partnership disputes and unlawful detainer actions. Ms. Lincoln has extensive state and federal trial experience, often serving as lead counsel.
