Elizabeth Pullen is a paralegal in the firm's corporate and securities group. Ms. Pullen has been a paralegal for more than 20 years; specializing in corporate, business and transactional law. Ms. Pullen's experience includes forming and structuring all types of business entities; private placement offerings; reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions and conversions; stock purchases, sales, redemptions and buy-outs; business liquidations and dissolutions; perfection of collateral liens under the Uniform Commercial Code; identifying and securing blue sky law exemptions from registration requirements promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission; and tax-exempt bond financings for health care organizations. Prior to specializing in corporate, business and transactional law, Elizabeth worked on litigation matters, emphasizing employment and education law, and was the author and editor of School Law Notes, a quarterly client educational publication on case law affecting school districts.
