B.J. Susich is an associate in the firm's corporate and securities and tax groups. Mr. Susich's corporate practice involves advising businesses on such issues as entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property matters, executive compensation, financings, joint ventures, succession planning and the formation and management of nonprofit entities. Mr. Susich's tax practice includes both tax planning and tax controversy services, including representing clients in a variety of income tax, sales tax, use tax, payroll tax and property tax disputes with federal, state and local agencies.
