Mr. Swanson's experience includes litigation involving antitrust and unfair competition claims, director and officer liability claims, shareholder disputes (including shareholder derivative claims), partnership disputes and dissolutions, real property disputes, developer liability claims, and wrongful termination and discrimination claims.  Mr. Swanson's practice encompasses federal and state courts trials, binding arbitrations and appeals.
